09.18.2012 the article of junior associate LF "Moskalenko & Partners" Katerina Shamborska "The Pre-Trial Dispute Settlement with the Creditor" was published by the leading legal portal Pravotoday. Katerina substantiated need to pay due attention to the settlement of credit issues before trial, considered possible agreements between the creditor and the debtor. Also the author analyzed some judicial decisions of the high courts in this legal field.
