Elina Antsut took part at the board meeting "Void Contracts as a Matter of Tax Disputes"

On the 13 of March 2013, the board meeting "Void Contracts as a Matter of Tax Disputes" was held at the State Tax Service of Ukraine with support of the International Legal Center «EUCON».
Among speakers there were judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Mykola Gusak, judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Oleksiy Muravyov, deputy chief of the fourth Trial Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Anton Polyanichko, acting director of legal department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Vladislav Rozmosh, managing partner of the firm of attorneys "Sklyarenko and Partners" Oleksandr Sklyarenko. Also other participants of the board meeting actively took part in discussion of the problematic issues.
The result of discussion at the meeting was the conclusion that references to nullity or invalidity of contracts should disappear from tax disputes in accordance with civil and commercial law, because in such disputes the validity of business transactions is subjected to analysis.
