We Won the Case with the "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" Again on More than 1.1 Million UAH
Even having the court decision on debt recovery in Ukraine this is not the end but only the beginning of the struggle. Indeed, ensuring real enforcement to any creditor including the bank is difficult, and sometimes impossible if the debtor makes countering and the legitimate use of his procedural rights in full. On 08.14.2015 the Suvorovsky District Court of Odessa refused the PJSC "Raiffeisen Bank Aval"'s claim to renew the deadline for submission of the document to implementation, thus "tying the hands" of the bank as having writs of execution it may not really matter to submit them to the state еxecutive service for enforcement execution due to the expiry of their presentment for the performance term (which currently is 1 year). Support of this case was committed by the team of Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners": the managing partner, attorney Igor Berdan; partner, attorney Moskalenko Anastasiya; attorney assistant, lawyer Moskalenko Daryna.
