Guarantor of the PJSC "Rodovid Bank" is exempt from the obligation to pay 10 mln. UAH
10.13.2015. Podolsky district court of Kiev made a decision to satisfy the claim of our client in a dispute with the state Public Joint Stock Company "Rodovid Bank" about recognition of bail terminated on the basis of increased liability of the guarantor without his consent and pass of the period for requiring the guarantor of the non-compliance by the debtor. The reason for filing this lawsuit are the Bank's claims against our client for more than 10000000 UAH. The decision in the case was held at the one court session with the participation of a representative of the bank, which completely denied the claim.
