Irina Basova and Elina Antsut Took Part in a Roundtable Discussion on Real Estate Title Registration

On August 1, 2013 the senior associates of the LF «Moskalenko and Partners» Irina Basova and Elina Antsut took part in a roundtable of the Committee on real estate and construction of UBA and the Commission on real estate title registration of Public council at the State registration service of Ukraine.
On a roundtable semi-annual experience of real estate title registration was discussed because of accumulation of lawyers’ more or less positive practice as well as problem questions since the entry into force of new rules.
The main speakers were the following: Nikolay Ochkolda, the managing partner of LC Legitimus, Yaroslav Andriyenko, the chief of Registration service of the Main department of justice in Kyiv, Anna Valigura, the private notary of the Kiev city notarial district. All participants of a roundtable actively joined discussion of speakers’ subjects.
