The Supreme Court of Ukraine Аdopted the Precedent Decision on the Case on our Application

Team of the Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners" accompanied the tax dispute to protect the interests of individual entrepreneur in invalidation the tax notifications-decisions of calculation profit tax, VAT and penalties for breach of staying on a simplified system of taxation. The Supreme Court of Ukraine by the application of the lawyers of the Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners" adopted the decision in favor of our client on the implementation of legal rules on conditions of staying on the single tax and sent the case to the court of cassation instance.
