Anastasiya Moskalenko explains when and how to divide the marital property

Leading Ukrainian portal Bigmir)net published the legal advise by attorney at law, partner of the Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners" Anastasiya Moskalenko to people who are concerned with the division of property of the spouses. Few people know that it is possible to divide the marital property while being in marriage, by mutual agreement which must be notarized. According to the court practice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the division of property of the spouses does not exempt any of them from the duties under a contract concluded in the interest of the family, even after the divorce, so divorcing with your "second half" to get away from the debts will not succeed.
