On May 21, 2013 advisor of Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners", attorney-at-law Igor Berdan and senior associate Elina Antsut took part at the board meeting "The Non-performing loan market: legal and tax aspects of the non-performing loans sale. The factoring as a way of managing problem credits" that was organized by the UBA Committee on Banking and Finance Law and the Association of Financial Institutions.
