14.09.2012 the leading legal portal "Yurliga" published an article by the partner of Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners" “Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Online Shops”.
Anastasiya Moskalenko draws attention to the basic regulations that govern the conduct of business in online sales, advises online stores before starting their work, including peculiarities of obtaining state permits. The author shows possible protection ways from unfair consumers, and also analyzes the major innovations that can be introduced with the adoption of two new bills, which are considered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
