The Law Firm “Moskalenko & Partners” at the INTAX FORUM UKRAINE

The international conference INTAX FORUM UKRAINE took place in Kyiv on the 20-21st of May, in which participated the representatives of the Law Firm “Moskalenko & Partners”– partner, attorney at law Anastasiya Moskalenko and senior associate Elina Antsut.
The 24 reports of the experienced professionals from all over the world were dedicated to the practical matters in the sphere of international tax planning and corporate structuring as an integral part of private and corporate assets’ management for Ukrainian market. In particular, at the conference were discussed such issues as holding companies of Cyprus, Malta, Netherlands, Great Britain, Austria, Luxembourg and Sweden; international operations of corporate incorporation and merging; financial instruments of property and legacy management; real estate acquisition in the EU; registration of yachts and planes etc.
