Another Victory over PJSC "Alfa-Bank"
Dear customers, we are pleased to share the news of another victory of LF "Moskalenko & Partners" over PJSC "Alfa-Bank". In July 2015 the bank filed a lawsuit in the Drabivsky District Court of Cherkasy region to recover the debt in the amount of 500 000 UAH from our client. In return, the attorneys Igor Berdan and Anastasiya Voloadymyrivna and assistant attorney Darina Moskalenko filed a counterclaim against the bank for the protection of consumer rights and the termination of the credit agreement. Worth noting, that the victory was not easy. The court, despite repeated failure of the representatives of the bank to appear in the hearings and numerous violations on their part, took into account the position of PJSC "Alfa-Bank". However, due to the significant experience, qualifications and professional skills of the team of the LF "Moskalenko & Partners" in satisfaction of the debt collection claim the court rejected in its entirety, while a counterclaim was fully satisfied: the loan agreement was terminated. As far as the credit agreement was provided by the contract of guarantee and the contract of pledge, in connection with the termination of the main contract - automatically security contracts were terminated.
