On the 20th November 2012 Anastasiya Moskalenko, the Managing partner of the LF "Moskalenko & Partners", made a report on «Tendencies and actual examples of the judicial practice on credit disputes» at the UBA Committee on Civil Law.
Anastasiya shared experience in the most actual credit issues of legal relations and properly analyzed the judicial practice. She also drew attention to the problems in cases concerning the annulment of interest rate rise, invalidation of credit and pledge agreements, disputes of recognition of guarantee contract’s relation terminated, the invalidation of notary endorsements and others.
Everyone at the meeting had the opportunity to take part in the discussion and to ask questions on the subject matter.
