Igor Berdan and Anastasiya Moskalenko Attended the Business Conference «Business Camp» in Odessa

03.02.2013, partner of the LF "Moskalenko & Partners" Anastasiya Moskalenko and adviser of our law firm, attorney at law Igor Berdan attended the business conference «Business Camp», which took place in the city of Odessa. In particular, Ms. Anastasiya addressed to the participants of the conference with the report on "Effective form of taxation. Tax offences".
At the business conference Anastasiya described tax systems of Ukraine and analyzed in detail legislation on this issue. In particular, she described the advantages and disadvantages of general and simplified tax systems for the legal entities and for the entrepreneurs. Anastasiya outlined the features of the financial, administrative and criminal liabilities for tax offenses and drew attention to the grounds of responsibilities and penalties for such offenses.
Business Conference «Business Camp» is the unique event in democratic and dynamic format «Bar Camp». More than 200 representatives of small and medium business had the opportunity to attend 24 workshops on the Ukrainian business current question.
